Col has enjoyed a very successful career for more than three decades, utilizing his extensive skill base as a Chartered Accountant ANZ, and Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders ANZ, with experience across a diverse range of public and private companies throughout Australia.

With a career spanning professional services and industry, Col has successfully led, managed and advised a myriad of businesses (small, medium, and large private) throughout Australia and internationally, and has also worked closely with some of Australia’s leading entrepreneurs and HNW families.

Col has successfully negotiated many complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, management buy-outs and business sales, and has also successfully negotiated in excess of $1 billion in structured debt finance facilities.

With a proven track record in senior executive management, Col has also held a variety of non-executive roles, chaired numerous Advisory Boards and Committees, and provided strategic and tactical advice to facilitate the growth of numerous privately held businesses and unlisted public entities for the benefit of their respective owners and shareholders.

As you can imagine – throughout his career he has seen a lot, done a lot, and learned a great deal throughout his experiences with clients, staff members, peers, mentors, Board and Committee representatives, business partners, family and friends.
